ARE WE EATING TO LIVE OR EATNG TO DIE? (PART IV)
Drinking two (2) liters of fresh water every day is important. Water is necessary for us to process our food. Additionally, it allows us to align our bodies, which are mostly water, to get rid of harmful weight. When our bowel movements and urine look less concentrated, we feel better.
Exercise is essential to creating blood flow and flexibility. Two (2) hours a week should be spent lifting weights, running, walking, and stretching. Committing to exercise with a modification in diet tremendously advances improvements within our body. Once metabolism increases along with a sharpness of mindset and energetic balance, we improve our effectiveness in what we look to accomplish.
